My journey with earth-centered spirituality began as a child, where my earliest memories are infused with the teachings of nature. My passion and quest for inner wisdom led me to facilitate transformative spiritual experiences in my formative years. The vibrant cultures of Mexico and South America beckoned in my early 20s, where I had the privilege of studying ancient practices and dreaming alongside revered elders and ancestral spirits. This time was pivotal, sharpening my intuition and equipping me with mystical tools for true embodiment. From Central and South America, I followed my muse across the globe to study the wisdom and energies of my own lineage across Europe.
A decade was dedicated to pioneering mystical embodiment practices that aligned students to the cycles of seasons, which I had the honor of sharing across New York and beyond. Today, my work has matured into mentoring those ready to claim their authentic path, weaving daily life with spiritual alignment.

As a passionate writer, I've been the cornerstone of women's writing circles, championing voices and unfolding tales.
